My Large Black Hogs herd is doing great.  I am now 13 head strong and holding.  I am hoping for one more breeding this year.

My pig as an example:

13 (1 Ib.) Bacon, 27 (1 lb.) Sausauge, 12 Ham steaks. ROASTS: Butt, 2 shoulder,        4 Loin (sm.), 5 loin (lg.), 2 PUdding, 3 Scrapple, 4 feet.

My process was about $185.  Variable depending on choices of seasoning and cuts.

Long story short~~I got a lot of pork which I know actly how it was raised!!
